Why you won’t go back to the gym after working with virtual trainers in Las Vegas

It was almost a year that traditional gyms were shut down before we could go back to our regular workout routines. Even then, there were social distancing guidelines to adhere to, cleaning weights, and even gym hours were often cut back. While staying home was difficult, many of us were able to adapt, which included finding ways to exercise from home with help from virtual trainers. At Paru Fitness, we’ve adjusted as well. In fact, we believe that you’ll love the experience with our virtual trainers in Las Vegas that you’ll never go back to the gym. If you don’t believe us, we have five reasons why.

Convenience

Working out from home is always much more convenient than getting ready and going to the gym. However, the problem that we often have doing workouts alone at home is that there’s nobody there to help us through our workout. When you work out with a virtual trainer, you get the best of both worlds. You have a trainer who’s pushing you to complete your workout without the looks that come from those working out around you. You get the push from a trainer you want to reach your potential without ever having to leave the comfort of your home.

Affordability

Gym memberships often have extra fees attached to them. You might have signed on to pay $10 each month, but each year you’re probably going to have to pay an additional $100 membership fee to help maintain the equipment plus the costs associated with hiring a personal trainer. You could end up paying somewhere around $1,420 each year for our gym membership and trainer and that’s a conservative estimate. A virtual trainer comes with the cost of the trainer alone without paying to essentially rent the gym equipment for your time there.

Communication

If you’ve ever worked with a traditional trainer, you probably didn’t have much correspondence outside of your workout. There might have been a check-in to verify that you’re going to be at the gym in the morning but not much beyond that. One of the benefits of a virtual trainer is that your relationship is mostly based on technology anyway so you’ll probably feel more comfortable texting, to begin with. Strong communication is a great way to help keep you motivated and accountable.

Accountability

When you don’t want to the gym, it’s easy to fudge excuses or come up with reasons why you’re skipping your workout. Whether it’s because you woke up late, your car won’t start, or you have other errands you need to run, the flexibility and convenience that comes with virtual training make it easier to get that workout in. Your trainer will hold you accountable by helping you maintain the habits and routines that you’re building.

Accessibility

Gyms that aren’t open 24 hours a day can make it difficult to find time to get your workout in when it fits your schedule. Whether you’re an early riser and like to get a workout done before work or a night owl who prefers a late-night lift, you’re still beholden to the gym’s hours. With the help of a virtual trainer, you can stick to whatever schedule works for you.
